I had a great experience at John Harris Body shop. The two young ladies working at the front desk were very nice to me. The damage on my car was fixed skillfully in a short time. And it was convenient that I was able to pick up and drop off the rental car at the same location. Thank you for a job well done !

There was no one from Enterprise to inspect the return of the rental car, that did not sit well with me. I had to ask multiple times for paper work and the woman at the front desk was rude. The adjuster was great but other than that I was not completely satisfied.

The car was needed to be repaired twice, due to damages during repair. The second time it was repaired, there scuffs stil remaining on the door. Also the window on the right rear side was very dirty from the inside
