Driving my car home today I immediately felt the steering was very tight. It's like their is no power steering. My husband plans on bringing the car back on Monday.
I did try to call when I returned home today but reached a gentleman that informed me he works for Dayton towing not auto body.

Repair was done satisfactor, however, I had to pay 397 for new bumper (rear), which I shouldn't have to pay.
There were minor scratches on rear bumper, which initially was estimated at 547.
When body shop removed bumper to paint, I was informed that bumper was damaged and cannot be repaired. I need new bumper since it will not stay in place if they try to put back on.
Before I drove my car in for repair, bumber was in place for a long time without any issue. I didn't even have any noise or any indication of this problem.
I am suspecting it got damaged when technician was removing from my SUV and I was forced to pay.
I was involved in accident (not my fault). Other driver's insurance was paying everything. You made me pay from my pocket for that as well.
