Excellent repair work on the car. Fair price. Took 2 whole weeks to repair. Felt it shouldn't have taken that long considering it was in the shop an additional 2 weeks prior to the start of repairs due to insurance finalization. Better planning could've expedited the repair since it was there for a whole month. The expected completion date was pushed back a few days and then a week. It was good that you guys paid part of the cost for my rental car from enterprise. Overall I'm satisfied with the service and repairs. Thank you!

What made the experience a good one was dealing with Steve Kohut. He was very helpful and personable. I wasn't so sure that I would return if needed, but because of him, even though I hope I don't need the collision shop again, if I do I would definitely return. My only complaint is the phone system. Also, even though Marjoun (don't know how to spell his name) tried to be helpful there were times he seemed to be in a rush. Also it was hard to get ahold of him. At the very end when he took care of my payment, he failed to say thank you. I guess he needs more experience.
