****. Rental fee with Enterprise. Just because I have insurance does not mean that Enterprise is able to charge for everyday. Should be 3 days with you and 2 day with Enterprise. Attitude! Ended up fine thank goodness.
2. I asked to repair some flaws above on the door of some of the accident. I said I would pay for it personally. You did not. Also left a small dimple of a dent on the door. All I could figure out you just buffed out flaws on the front door and just painted it.
3. Picked up car. Hood was not closed.? Problem with engine light coming on which subsided.
My wife and I have been very happy with your work other times we have used you. This time you failed.

Free Rental Car for two days? I dropped my vehicle off after 5pm and they told me that counted as **** day. I was drawn to Gates many years ago buy the free loaner car and continued to go to Gates for more than 15 years because of the free loaner car and quality of work and service. My latest experience with Gates was less than exceptional due to the confusing information from the text messages telling me my vehicle was on schedule to be completed on the date promised after my service tech called to tell me it would be completed 3 days earlier. This happened on more than one occasion.
Gates no longer gets a 5 star rating from me due to the two issues mentioned above. Very disappointed to see Gate become just another collision center. I will be considering other facilities in the future.
