Pacific Elite was incredibly helpful from the moment I entered the business to the moment I drove away with my fixed car. Everyone of the staff members were welcoming and were thorough in their explanations of the service. They kept constant communication with me while my car was in the shop which I greatly appreciated. When I dropped my car, I requested to have it ready by August 30th. I have been told that they do their best to finish it. On 8/29 George called me and left a message that car would be ready by 08/30 or max 8/31.
On 08/30 when I called to check the status, I have been told that one part has not arrived yet and it is in back order, and car would be ready by Sep 3rd or 4th. Finally my car was ready on the 5th.
- When I was picking up the car, they said that because of Labor day, Toyota was not open so you were not able to get the part.
- I believe that if the order was placed sooner (around the day that I dropped the car) you would be able to receive all parts before holiday and it would be ready on 8/30
Now I have to pay $600 to Lexus for 3 days delay!
That's why I am not satisfy for the service!

Customer service was great. They kept me informed on the status of my car and the repair was fast. They repaired some scratches on my rear bumper, however, the paint job wasn't 100% match for a small area, probably 98% but it's something I can live with. They also give your car a nice clean and wash job, inside and out. I would most definitely to anyone.
