None of the lower bumper cover trim retainers were installed. I'm not a mechanic, but it looks like that creates a problem where the additional plastic parts that hold the metal splash plate in place have limited connection to at least some part of the under body of the front end. The splash plate was already compromised and it came loose about a week after getting the car back. Because I had an oil change after the body work, I don't know when or if the two front hex bolt splash plate connectors were even installed or not installed correctly. But when I tried to reconnect the splash plate is when I found all of the trim retainers were missing. As far as I could tell the lower bumper cover was only connected by one hex bolt on the passenger side. I haven't checked the wheel well, but I assume the clips and bolts are installed since it looks ok. I'm not sure why you would not fully attach the bumper cover. If there was a problem from previous damage that prevented fully installing the bumper cover, I should have been notified to see if I wanted to pay extra for the additional repair.

It's absolutely nothing against the body shop, but they were not Able to meet the promised deadline twice, due to product availability. Customer service and interaction was top notch with that being said. I was in regular contact with the shop manager receiving updates and pictures of the progress. I will definitely go back if I ever need body work again. They only reason I said no, is due to the length of repairs. But that does not fall on them.
